It's our offer with ValU: split any order into 3 monthly payments with 0% interest, 0 down payment and 0% fees. The total you pay is the same as the price at checkout.

Every product on the website, including items already on offer. Your discount and the 3-month split work together.
How long does the offer run?
Until 30 November 2026.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. You can split any order, whatever its size.
Getting a ValU account
Do I need a ValU account?
Yes. ValU is the payment provider, so you need an active account with an available limit.
How do I open one?
- Download the ValU app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign up with your mobile number and national ID.
- Wait for ValU to approve your limit.
- Use the same mobile number when you check out with us.
What if my limit isn't enough for my order?
Reduce the cart to fit your limit, or split it into two orders. Questions about your limit go to ValU directly.
Paying at checkout
How do I pay with ValU?
- Add your products to the cart and go to checkout.
- Choose ValU — pay over 3 months.
- Enter the mobile number registered on ValU.
- Enter the code sent to your phone.
- Confirm the 3-month plan and complete your order.
How much will I pay each month?
Your order total divided by 3. Example: an EGP 3,078 order is EGP 1,026 a month. You'll see the monthly amount before you confirm.
Does delivery cost extra?
Delivery fees are added to the order total as usual and split across the 3 months with it.
Can I use ValU in your branches?
Yes, at all our branches: Narges, Nasr City, Heliopolis, Zamalek and Zayed. Just tell the cashier you'd like to pay with ValU and they'll complete it on the ValU machine.
After your order
When do I pay the installments?
ValU sets the due dates and reminds you through the ValU app. You pay ValU, not Seafood Factory.
Will my order arrive later because I paid with ValU?
No. ValU orders are prepared and delivered exactly like any other order.
