- Fish and chips is a classic British recipe you need to try
- In a large bowl, add a mix of flour, cornstarch with baking powder and season with salt and pepper
- Add water to the flour mixture and mixing until it gets thick and smooth batter
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the potatoes
- In a shallow bowl, place 2 tsp of flour and toss each fish fillet in the flour
- Then coat them in the batter, fry them until it gets golden and crispy
