Preparation instructions

For best results cook from frozen. It is not necessary to defrost the Calamari rings. Keep frozen at -18 degrees C or -0 degrees F. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Consume before the expiration date printed on the bag.

  • Preheat oil. In a shallow bowl, combine flour and salt. In another shallow bowl, whisk egg and milk
  • In a third shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, seasoned salt and pepper
  •  Coat calamari with flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture and coat with bread crumb mixture.
  • Fry Calamari until golden brown & enjoy a crispy outside, moist and tender inside. Perfect with a special dipping sauce

All calamari rings filled with pure water (not from melting and freezing)
Weight after unfreeze is 300 gm exactly. It proves that it is just a business trick.
