Fish Kofta
Fish Kofta with 7 hidden veggies.
Expiry: 3 months
Ingredients: Fish, Zucchini, Carrot, Green Pepper, Broccoli, Spinach, Mulukhiyah, Herbs, Bulgur, Salt & Spices.
How to Cook: Cook directly from the freezer, DO NOT THAW
1- Bake for 20 mins @180°C (recommended for healthier results). You may brush it with oil before placing it in the oven to make it crispier.
2- Fry in deep oil for 7 mins.
How to store: Store at -18°C. Do not refreeze when thawed.
