I love all the products for their freshness and how clean they are but my favourite of everything they offer is the salmon trimming, at first I thought it’s going to be the waste from the salmon slices but when I tried it I was so impressed it’s actually pieces of good salmon slices that’s been cut into small bite size.
So if anyone not using the actual slices for anything like making a salmon cake or decorating canapé then try the trimming I guarantee you’ll love it.
